Hello and welcome to a unique opportunity. Rarely, if ever, does a property like this become available. It is .89 acres at road’s end in a quiet Old Lyme, CT neighborhood. This Roger’s Lake lot has all the wonderful lake life you could ever dream of. It is a peninsula wrapping from south to west for 400′ of waterfront and 270 degree panoramic water views. Dramatic sunsets all the time!
In our family since 1952 and very special. Selling because it is time for a new family to enjoy this gift. The house is a tear down but might serve as a summer place for a few more years until you build a new home. The inside is lovely. We have preliminary architectural plans from Point One Architects and I am a landscape designer who can help you with the dream home vision for this property. Double docks and new sea wall pre-approved by the town.
This one of a kind property is The Best Spot on the lake and one of the top waterfront locations in Old Lyme. The town of Old Lyme is charming and is called home by many year round and weekenders. Tucked away and convenient to everything if you feel like going out. It will not be on the market for long. This is a rare gem for generations to enjoy. This is the ultimate piece of land to love if you want a lakefront home. The island in the photos faces west and the sunsets are never edited in any way. Enjoy the photos and I look forward to sharing this precious jewel with a new family. ciao Ian =)

Lovely
What a beautiful piece of property I sure wish I had money to buy it but I don’t. I am a senior citizen and I just wanted to tell you Ian that I am so sorry for the loss of your wife.
I am sure it will be hard to have to sell your home. You must have had some wonderful times there. God bless you.
The photographs of the changing seasons were truly beautiful and Old Lyme and Essex are some of my favorite place to visit. I am from England and I have met your mother Maureen on one of her garden lectures. She really inspires people to make their gardens beautiful.
Thanks for sharing your photos and I hope you find a buyer for such a exquisite property.
